Awesome carrot pudding!

Hi y'all.

I just had some awesome carrot pudding. This is the simplest recipe you'll ever see. I just made it up, but it's probably somewhere in Alissa's book (which is unavailable out here in Siberia).

Basically I healed up my head cold in ONE day by juicing a kilo of carrots.

Now, I have a ton of carrot pulp to deal with. Tonight I just mixed carrot pulp with one banana.

Omigawd, it is DELISH! It looks pale orange, like sherbert or sweet potatoes.

Try it. You'll be hooked.

That's the recipe! Just take the carrot pulp left over in your juicer, stick it in the blender with slice banana, and press the switch. Voila! Since the carrot is in pulp form - not grated - it blends in very smoothly with banana!

My grandaughter has been using mine to make a fruit salad. I think i will take what is left over and mix with a banana. Sounds awsome.
I tried the carrot juice for my head cold but it did not do a thing for me. I am thinking now that it was not a cold but my sinuses were so messed up that it seemed to be what it was but was not. LOLOL Now what does one do for bronchitis?

Puffysmom - try slippery elm tea and drinking seasalt water (1/8 tsp to 16oz) Flush that mess out! (Carrot juice can help with that too!)
