fav pie crust recipe?

I'm making raw apple pie and chai mylkshakes for dinner. (found the chai shake on goneraw.com) Am I the world's coolest mom or what? But I can't find my pie crust recipe. I did a search and it returned 0 results. (My puter + this site have been acting wonky lately) so could you please share your fav pie crust recipe. Unfortunately I don't have time to soak the nuts. Lay it on me mamas and papas! (tia)

I love any combination of the following nuts and sun-dried fruits:

almonds
walnuts
pecans

raisins
dates

I generally do 2 cups nuts and 1/2 - 1 cup fruits.

For apple pie I like to make crust out of dates & oats & a dash of sea salt. Makes a good crumble for the top too.

My pie crust is always super simple.

2 cups non soaked almonds put into a food processor with 1/2 cup of soaked dates.


Its soo good! And makes a pretty big thick crust.
