my ktec blender is not acting right & i wonder if there is a trick to resetting it.
i keep getting a coffee setting no matter what button i push.
hmmmmm.
frustrating.

If you have a customer service number, I'd suggest you contact them. If not, google is a really good friend. :)

google has not been my friend in this matter,
i just figured if anyone knew how it worked it may be a quick fix.

Did you unplug it and wait a half an hour? I did that when mine went on overload.
Unfortunately the next time it did an overload something went wrong and it died on me. First it turn off when I pressed any button and than it wouldn't turn on at all. :( I sent it in and they sent me a new one. :)
How horrible it was when I had no Blendtec. :(
I have an older model k-tec, it doesn't have those settings, just # buttons but I purchased my k-tec right from the company and any time I had a problem they have been MORE than helpful. They have replaced my container TWICE for free saving me tons on getting a new one and shipping. I have been THRILLED with their customer service!
