The other day I made my son a stawberry mylk shake with Agave, almond mylk and fresh strawbwrries. In ten minutes the shake was sour. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it the acid in the Strawberries? Can I prevent this? Does this happen with other berries? I know lemon will sour mylk.
you mean it curdled or it was yucky tasting sour?
Sometimes fruit will curdle the milk because the acid and proteins combine but just blend it up again and drink unless it tastes yucky.

DewDrop,
I haven't done one with just strawberries but often make an almond milk one with banana and cocoa and that tastes fine. Now I'm curious too.
