Hello from Idaho!

Hello! My name is Cassie. My husband and I have decided to try the raw route to see if it helps alleviate some food issues he has (and has had for some time now). We're both really excited since we think is finally going to work for us! Currently we are lacto-ovo veggies and have been for 6 months. He's out of town on business but once he gets back we are on our way! I am so excited to get "cooking"! I've been reading recipes for days and am drooling!

If you don't have it already- get Alissas book and DVD... filled with so much advice and tons of amazing recipes! these two tool helped me transition successfully to the raw lifestyle! I'm lovin it ~ and not lookin back (well... except for to say... soo glad Im not THERE anymore!!)
