There was a post not long ago about birth control pills... in which there was a girl who didn't get her period for a year long or so...
and she was talking about some chinese herbs that helped her...
so maybe check that out... I can't find the link right now sorry :\
I do trust herbs and their effectivnes on our health and other problems...
Good luck !

Hey MysticTree!
There isn't one food or supplement that is a cure all to balancing the menstrual cycle. Eating raw over time will get you back on track though. The key word is over TIME. I know women that it took one to two years for their cycles to balance after ending birth control.
Maca and Raspberry Leaf are extremely balancing to the female system though. My cycles have been out of wack, and those two foods have provided a lot of relief, in addition to a raw diet.
Probiotics are also key if you've been on birth control! Sauerkraut, kim chee, and of course just pills.
Love,
Sunshine

Vitex is a good herb for regulating your cycle.

I use herbal mixes as a base for my green smoothies that target my moon cycle. The enzymes of the fresh fruits and vegetables unlock the power of the herbs that way. Raw alone would do it, I'm just moving along the healing process at a faster rate this way.
