:D Hello everyone! So good to find a group that is as enthusiastic and as adventurous as I am. :D
I became a semi-vegetarian several years ago through experimentation with diet and after 6 months lost completely all desire for meat. Thus my experimentation turned out to be one of the greatest discoveries of my life.
I committed to being a vegetarian, but thought I can do better. Then I met a vegan who completely transformed my way of thinking - she had the most beautiful skin, shiny hair, and positive attitude - I wanted that too! So I took the vegan plunge and haven't looked back since.
I love my new found energy, joie-de-vivre, not to mention my clear skin, weight loss, increased energy, and shiny hair. Being a vegan has totally changed my life in so many positive ways.
At first this journey was about self-experimentation, but now it is more about living as much in harmony with nature as I possibly can, it is about my love for animals, my love for plants, and my love for healthy living.
Though I am not 100% Raw yet, I am taking slow but steady steps towards it. Raw is for me an even stronger committment to living in peace with all life. It is not an easy journey, but it is a challenge I enjoy undertaking.
Looking forward to discussions and sharing.
