So, I was sick a few days ago with a stomach bug - gastro I guess? Or food poisoning as it was after I ate food from a restaurant. Never threw up but had so much diarrhea (lol), nausea, a very slight fever. I fought it off in two days, woohoo! Hadn't been sick in oh, 4 yrs...
So now we got a kitten - her mother has liver disease and the 3 others littermates died. We rescued Olive and are nursing her back to health until we find her a home. She is half the size she should be, and she's 4 weeks old. So she's sick with a upper respiratory infection. And she doesn't poo/pee when stimulated - need some good thoughts for Olive, please. Poo, poo, poo! And pee! Please!
And now my husband is sick. He spent the day working outside, without water or food :mad: Can't believe he did this to himself. He has a headache and is very tired, a bit nauseated too. I'm having him drink water, some gatorade, he's eating a tiny bit of a potato too to get some potassium in him. Anything else I can do? I have 2 sickies to take care of. Help!
