Hi all, just want to announce that I am officially changing my posting forum name to Spiral Leana....It is my declaration away from my nut addiction! I am way over doing it lately with nuts and it is hurting me and I am making myself sick. both mentally and physically. So I can no longer associate as a cashewy........I am transforming to a lean sprial of energy.....:cool:

So it is day one....I can feel all of the anxiety that was driving the nut attacks just humming along at the surface.....I had six bell peppers for breakfast! (after my spiral leana/spinach smoothie that is)
