Sun-dried Olives

Hi. I bought some sun-dried olives but am not sure if I need to rehydrate them to use or use them as they are. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Either way is fine.
Often, they are very VERY salty, as that is how they are cured.
So you may want to soak them for a while and pour off the salty water.

However, if you're only eating a few, I love them salty and dry!
