I recieved my book last Friday. I can't put it down:D Soooo, What exactly is on the DVD? All the same stuff as in the book or is there MORE????

I just rewatched the DVD's last week.......I hadn't seen them in a couple of years....they are awesome, instructional and encouraging......3 1/2 hours worth. They are excellent!
