I found this while doing a search on the web, I found it interesting that while many will say that to fight yeast you should cut down or completely cut out fruit or fat, this person's experience suports Allissa And Revvel's advice to just go 100% raw and it heals itself.

As for myself, it's so far so good, I only wish I could stop being bloated! I'm going to look for digestive enzymes on monday and hope that helps.

As someone with Rhodotorula...a similar fungal scenario as candida and 5 different types of bacterial infection diagnosed after much international travel...I totally agree with this article. I had been raw for one month with no fruit and then ate some berries/banana/honey/dates and had NONE of my typical sugar reactions...
I'm off fruit and sugar again to give it a little more time to heal but from my experience so far I am 100% confident that RAW will take care of this

Yep, I agree. Probiotics are also helpful.

probiotics: I am using threelac and Replete by Seroyal. Colloidal Silver and Oregano oil have also been extremely helpful...the silver is F!@#$* amazing! ;) I also am totally dependent ....caution...not vegan.....on Raw milk kefir

Oregano oil got rid of mine. Every time I take a course of oregano oil, my stools are normal and I don't get diarhoea or constipated. No pains in my gut either.

Raw cured my yeast! I had a live cell analysis done prior to going raw. It revealed that I had Rouleaux:stacking of the red blood cells, which indicates a high protein diet and malnourishment. After 5 months raw, no more Rouleaux, but we were able to detect a b12, and iron deficiency and loads of yeast. Fortunately, we also saw my White blood cells consuming colonies of yeast. Fewer than 4 months later, a total of 9 months raw, and no supplements, we could not find any yeast on my live cell analysis. The iron deficiency is gone, no signs of rouleaux but the b12 deficiency still persists. Now I use blue green algae daily in my smoothies. I can't wait to get another live cell analysis.

Wow Jersey Girl... thanks for sharing that. That's pretty interesting that it was not gone at 5 months, but it was at 9... So, I guess sometimes it might just take time and patience! :)
