This might be geared toward women, but can anyone share their experiences re. raw food and cellulite?
I'm not really overweight (at about 137 lb), but I have been down to 125 and now I feel heavy and sluggish...and cellulite is not pleasant.
looking forward to any comments

Hey Bellabella.
I posted a thread on that a while back. You can find it if you search the forum. Some people said their cellulite went away eventually. Just be patient :D

in about a month and half my cellulite has almost completely disappeared and i never thought it would. the biggest thing that helped is not overeating, doing lots of lower body toning exercises, walking, stretching, taking dandelion root, doing frequent all fruit days or fruit for a few to several days to cleanse, drinking lemon water, avoiding nuts/seeds/dried foods. don't give up, where there is a will there is a way. i also went from 131 to 120 so that factors in too.

I've been eating tons of grapefruit and that is doing the trick. Mine is fading fast, as is the weight. This is my third 30-day challenge. Very pleased so far! WOOT...GO RAW!!!!

Mine is almost gone in 5 months raw! I still have a little, but hoping it will go away completely over time.

yes... cellulite....http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s43/FireStar_830/shakehead-1.gif I've been eating grapefruit and taking 20 drops of grapefruit seed extract in about 6 oz of water twice a day. I've gone thru the loosy jiggly phase which is reallly scarey  !! lol :D !!! then it morphs into becoming firm again - then gets jiggly then firm, jiggly then firm... sigh... (okay - yes I Have (HAD) a lot of cellulite to release!) and am still releasing.... I'm reentering a jiggly phase I think...
drink lots of water - eat lots of grapefruits!! I also believe that the grapefruit seed extract is also helping - but it tastes soooo horrid!! http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s43/FireStar_830/00000018.gif

if you haven't tried them, try a short term all fruit eating plan.

My butt is currently going through the jiggly phase, but I think it's from sitting at my computer too much. The saddle bags are pretty much gone and my legs look pretty good if I do say so myself.

i find that moisturizing daily with coconut oil really helps with firming, softness and cellulite too.

Ditto on the fresh juiced grapefuit juice. Eat and drink fresh grapefruit for 3 days (Eating for beauty by David Wolfe) improves cellulite.
I've heard skin brushing is great for cellulite... But besides that, it makes my skin feel soooooo soft!!! It's worth doing! (I also have been brushing my face and NOT washing anymore. This has make my skin less oily and more soft somehow. All right, I don't wanna hijack the thread, so that's all I'll say about that! :))
