Raw food retreat

My wife and I follow the raw food way of life, through the principles of Dr. Ann.Wigmore. We are thinking about opening a raw food retreat in Issrael, like the Optimum ZHealth Institute model. Do you think Europeans and Americdans will come to a well managed retreat in Israel?

Here's my 2 cents: Bretagne, France --The beauty of old cape cod sceneries , fresh hand harvested grey sea salt, where nautical traditions are still honed & hearing the hearfelt warmth of seagulls crying :D
