My second to last left lower molar has been hurting. I've looked and there isn't a dark spot or cavity, but if I use the little tooth pick and touch towards the bottom of my tooth it's straight nerve pain....the worst pain the world IMO. Even after I brush my teeth it begins to hurt if I breathe air across it. Also, if I have water touch the top of my tooth after brushing it hurts (drinking water normally is ok though). Just normally or chewing doesn't though. I havn't been nearly as raw as I should and haven't had ANY greens in 2 weeks an during those 2 weeks the pain is more noticeable. If I went on massive amounts of green juice do you think that will heal my gums and teeth? Oh, will that whiten my teeth as well? Any other suggestions? I don't want it to get so bad I have to go to the dentist and have something drastic done. I'd like to heal my teeth by myself thank you very much :D

How about oil pulling? ~ Cathy
I don't know much about oil pulling and I thought that someone would respond with that. I see people mostly use coconut oil right? I'm allergic to coconuts so I can't do that, but I also can't stand the feeling of any oil in my mouth. It's a texture thing I guess.

i dont know what to say because i have this too and havent figured out a way to fix it. my two lowar back molars, just on one side, have INTENSE nerve pain when i touch them near the gum line. i tried oil pulling and didnt see a difference. theyve been hurting for about a month now i guess. im pretty worried. i did buy PH strips and it showed that my saliva is really acidic which i know can happen during detox so that might have started it; ive always had really strong healthy teeth. ive also noticed it hurts more after eating fruit, especially things like dates. ive heard its good to swish with water afterwards, salted waters even better. or brush.
i hope someone else give a good answer, im worried too :(

If you have a cavity, I don't believe even wheatgrass will heal that right away. If you fill it, don't use silver.....I just had a filling refilled. And since then, my jaw feels really tense a lot, my gums are very sensitive, they cut really easy and if feels like, when I chew on that side, that there is something stuck between my teeth. AND the top teeth feel really strange too. Is it the refill? I think not. I have been under huge amounts of stress. Even though my mind thinks all is fine, obviously my jaw is feeling the stress. ALOT!... What am I doing for it? I know wheatgrass will eventually heal gums. I put a poultice on the tooth that was refilled. I stop chewing so much on that side, I relax as much as I can....And as of early this morning I say often "I release anything that is not in this present moment." Teeth are a real tough issue. My parents found a really good holistic type dentist in Mexico they saw a bunch of times. But they lived in San Diego at the time. Good luck,
