I am wanting to start a fast, I went all day without eating just drinking water and some iced tea (not raw) but tonight, since I am pretty much out of water until tomorrow morning (which would stop hunger cravings), i ate a salad and some nuts
Does anybody have any advice on ways to stick to a fast? I've done a few before, the latest one lasted about four days and went well
thanks!

It may help if you replace the word craving in your head with the word addiction.
I find that if I make it a battle between me and the unseen demons of addiction then it is easier to stick to it and win.
The word craving is more like your body talking whereas addiction is the demons talking and it is so much easier to fight demons.

Thanks :) When I first went raw I remember reading something about how we really have two bodies - a true body and a false body, the false body is addicted to things and the true body is free..so I try and focus on just releasing that false body and living in the true body.
I'm also listen to some raw podcasts :)
