Not me. I find I don't stuff myself like I used to, but I never walk around hungry. That would get really annoying really fast for me.

I'm with you, lore-ah......I like the light feeling raw gives me, but I always eat until I'm satisfied, but not full, and when I feel the hunger pangs again, I eat. Not into feeling hungry all the time.

Nah, feeling hungry doesn't make me a very happy person!! I DO like how lighter I feel and not as bogged down when I eat raw, though. That is awesome! :D

Yeah, kinda. I'll drink a green smoothie and feel slightly hungry a couple of hours later. I'll be cleaning a house, which I do for a living and it's labor-intensive. I used to eat crap and then feel tired and it made working hard. Now I find low-key hunger is no big deal and I'm perfectly capable of working. And I really look forward to my next raw meal that way.

i find very mild hunger helps me think clearer and energizes me.

I don't like to feel hungry either but I don't mind a slight hint of a hunger signal to help me regulate my eating in a very natural way. I find that it works very well for me to wait for a signal from my body when its time to eat. That signal is a slight hunger signal. I am now on my 47th day of completely RAW and I have been practicing listening to my body. When I get my signal I eat anything I want as long as its raw. Typically I like to have an apple or a fresh made mug of carrot juice or whatever I want. I like small mono meals separated by a slight hunger signals. I find that my body responds to this natural system very well and although weight loss wasn't the goal, better health is, I have had to tighten my belt up 3 notches and I am ready for some new slimmer pants.

ya samariah i feel you. i try to eat until i am not hungry, but not full. i then get "hunger pangs" for a few hours after this, but its not because i am hungry, its just because i am digesting. and yes i feel great and clear headed and just overall really light. when i am truly my stomach is basically screaming at me telling me to eat, which i do, and it makes the meal that much better since i am truly hungry. i read some article where a lady called this the "clean burn".

the only time i have a problem with this way of eating is at night where i am prone to nightime binging (on raw food), but lately i have been better abou this, which is good because i need a lot more sleep when i do this.

also i dont like eating fats (well, i like EATING them i just dont like the way it feels) in large proportions (i like to stick to 1/2 avo a day) because it bogs me down. but also i live in florida where its 100 degrees every day and i dont really need fat until the winter.

I agree! I feel so much better with less food in my stomach than if I am stuffed. I LOVE going to bed with a completely empty stomach and then when I wake up everything sounds delicious and I appreciate my food so much more. There is nothing like being hungry and eating something really yummy ~ the flavors just POP! :D
