Today is day 7 for me. I haven't been able to eat all day. I don't feel ill in anyway. Just every food looks good, but I can't bring myself to eat it. The only thing I have had so far is 64 oz of water w/ 4 whole lemons-squeezed into it and a little stevia. It's 2 pm and I have some spicy fries marinating for dinner, but I don't know if I will be able to eat them. I have a watermelon and some organic grapes that are on there way out, so I thought I'd juice them, but I can't seem to bring myself to do it because NOTHING is appealing????

So, what's the problem? If you're not hungry, don't eat.

Agreed. Listen to your body, you'll be better off than listening to your head. Good Luck. :D

I also agree. If you aren't hungry, don't force yourself to eat. There is no law that states we must eat each and every day! :) Maybe you're coming down with something, maybe you are detoxing? I bet you'll feel much better if you just ride this out.

You can freeze the grapes. They seem to get sweeter and you can just eat them frozen when you do get hungry. Don't thaw them though they turn a bit mushy. They are nature's little popscicles.

Perhaps your body is calling for a fast for some deeper cleansing? :)

Maybe she's just not hungry ~ right now, this moment.
Let's not look for deeper meanings here folks. She's just not hungry ~ now. Maybe she'll devour those "fries" in an hour; maybe not. *shrugs*
Who knows? Only HER body.

I feel that way sometimes. I think I should eat something, but there's no appetite and no internal sense of what to eat. Just not hungry. So I don't. I'm very new on this journey, but I am learning more and more how to listen to my body. You will too. Just because the clock says you should eat, doesn't mean you have to if you don't feel like it.
Best wishes!

I totally agree. Starting back in July I went through a spell like that for a few weeks. I felt really good, I had a lot of energy, I was sleeping like a baby and all felt well with the world. I just had absolutely no appetite. I was a little nervous about it at first because I have abused my body for so long with food that it just felt really strange not to eat/overeat. After a few weeks that all passed and my appetite came back and I was fine.

I just started this no hunger thing myself. I'm either not hungry in the least, or I feel hungry and everything looks really gross. It's probably no shock to veteran raw food people that the only thing I can eat today is fruit. Think my body is trying to tell me something :)

yeah i've been like this for almost a week now. i haven't been fasting but eating minimally. i feel like im eating just what i NEED instead of what i WANT. like yesterday, i barely thought about food all day and then by the end of the day i realized that i had barely eaten anything at all. oh well, im not going to force myself. i like not having to be eating all the time. it allows me to do alot of other things.
