My god those stats are AWESOME! 8g protein for 100g???? so much calcium and fiber too. WOW

No they do not. BUt I have emailed them and they say they are raw. I guess I need to get a little more technical and ask about the process and if they are ever subjected to chemicals or heat. They have assured me that they are raw though.

If you do a search on this site, there is a thread about these noodles. :)
