hello everyone. i'm Ana . i live in Los Angeles, i'm 21 and i've been interested in raw foods for a while and it was Alissa's book that made me take the full plunge. today was actually my first day 100% raw. i feel great. i hope to continue this forever. i know it will help me reach all my goals and dreams i just need all your support because i have a hard time finding it else where.

Alissa's book was my motivation for taking the plunge as well. I have several others and have purchased many since reading her book and watching the DVD. Honestly, if I hadn't seen her on The Tyra Banks show, Diet Wars, 2-3 months ago, I would not have known about Living on Live Food or who Alissa Cohen was.
