Good evening Amethystrain,
I'm sorry to hear about the death of your grandmother---were you able to see her before he passed away?
My heart goes out to you and may all the goodnes of life lead you to calmness thru the storm.
Is this your first time doing yoga? right on for pulling thru and being dedicated! :)

Linda, no I didn't get to see her b4 she passed but my mom was there, so it's all good
yes this is the first time I've done Yoga in a class setting...I've usually just
done it on my own or with a friend...I've never done Bikram b4...I still love it :)

Right on Sister with the yoga! Awesome for you! Yea! I know this will be a great time for you to heal and to push past this world and into one of cosmic truth and well being. I am very excited for you, and admire your courage and strength. I wish i could do a 60 day challenege, too, right now! (I'm stuck doing 30mins-hour each day in my room...my boyfriend's Grandma is SUPER looney and think that anything that doesn't have to do with Church and Jesus is from the Devil! Only got 2 more months left in that house!)
Yoga is great for introspection, observation, and mending what is not balanced in life. I couldn't have survived the past couple years of my life without it! Your story is inspiring, and I am jealous! Have a GREAT time!
Aubrey :)

hi there! i've been doing bikram for about 3 years 3 times a week. I'm just starting a raw food diet and am considering doing bikram more often, maybe a 30 day challenge. Thanks for the inspiration!
