Besides a raw diet of couse? I ovulate, but I ovulate late and "poor egg quality" and have been infertile for years. Are there any specific foods that can help? Herbs? (the only one I know of is Vitex aka Chaste Berry) When I do online research, I only read about foods that have to be cooked or not vegan at all.

I am piggy backing off what u said, I hope u don' t mind. I would like that answer too and also is there a book on this topic. Also, barose, there is a post about a girl who was told to eat red things- beets, raspberries, etc and within a few months she was better(going off of memory here). All that I have seen is that raw improves fertility but how and what other conditions can raw improve besides ladies with PCOS. Good luck and I hope we both find our answers!!

Sorry, everything I know isn't vegan either.

However as far as herbs go, one cycle I used Red Clover tea from about the last day of menstruation to ovulation, and I ovulated on cd 14 for the first time ever! Mine are usually long as well. So, that is a good fertility herb. Buy it in bulk and use 1 ounce (that is almost a cup!) per quart jar of hot water and let it infuse.

I do have red clover tea! I almost forgot I had it. :o

Eat red, huh? Too bad strawberry season is just about over. :(

Not my personal experience, but from the praises of a young woman I helped while working at a HFS. She was pregnant within months, and could not wait to tell me.
