So you aren't pregnant yet right?
If you need to get pregnant i would recommend the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility.
Also, sunflower seeds are supposed to help with reproductive health.

I'm pregnant and i just plan to stay raw and hopefully not gain 54 pounds like last time!

Yes the book Take Charge of Your Fertility is a must. Also you may want to get Storm and Jinjee's ebook. She has had 2 raw pregnancies.

Sesame Seeds have folic Acid.

Green Smoothies are awesome!

Macca or Maca (forget how it is spelled) is suppose to support reproductive health and libido. It taste best mixed with some raw cacoa with frozen bananas, like a chocolate smoothie. YUMMY!

Nope not pregnant yet. My spouse and I were hoping it would have just happened within the last 3 years lol
But I have an IUD and apparently it works very well lol. So today's doctor apt at 4:30 pm, is going to be asking a lot of questions. I might be having the IUD removed.
I am not worried about conceiving, but I do want to make sure that if and when it happens that I do all the right things.
Thanks everyone.

Its obviously easier AND safer to get pregnant without the IUD. Good luck ;)
