Hi,

My name is Sharyn and I am a stay at home mom of a 2 year old. For the last month I have been suffering from a yet to be diagnosed gastrointestinal distress. I decided to help myself because it seemed no one else was....I went to my local Wild Oats store and found books on raw food, did some research and here I am...

I have a jar full of alfalfa sprouts almost ready to eat and I couldn't be more excited!

Hi Sharon -
I am in SW Florida . Glad to have you aboard. I'm new, only in 3rd week, almost 4th but this way makes me feel great . This forum is such a means of support for me as all my friends down here either think I am nuts ( per usual ) or I haven't told yet.Keep me posted if you hear of any local raw food talks...I went to a demonstration the other day that ended up being canceled . I was bummed !
