It's a great and funny thing how the other two "diet" experts approach weight loss...Alissa is so positive...she doesn't knock them just presents in a very real way what her beliefs are...she really shines on this show.

The bottom line is that Alissa is NOT a "diet" expert. She is a life expert and what she teaches is not how to diet but how to live...amazing stuff.
