Hmmm, I wonder what this "The sad truth about the raw food movement." is all about (one of the topics in the book).

For $50 I hope it has some great info ...

Though the reviews are interesting (on Amazon) - interesting in that they are extremes, either all 5 stars or just 1 star. There isn't much in the middle which is curious.

I certainly won't be rushing out to buy it but would love to know more about it. Particularly the bit about avocados :)

It has a heavy emphasis on fruit and tells you not to eat much in the way of seeds, oils, avocados, nuts etc... In my opinion it is a lot of hype and hustle. I wouldn't waste my money on it.

I decided against it...because it does seem extreme. It wasn't 50.00 , it was 25.00.

I'm going to buy "Green for Life".

Thanks Ladies.

You can't go wrong with "Green for Life." I just ordered David Wolfe's "Beauty book." I can't wait to get it in the mail. I love David Wolfe's writing and interviews. He has a good interview with Revvell on Celebrating the potential.com. Revvell and I do not always see things the same way, but she is a fierce interviewer. I really love all her podcasts.
