I was given an old, round, white food dehydrator - it doesn't even have a brand name on it. I am currently dehydrating some home-grown roma tomatoes that I plan on bottling in olive oil and seasoning with herbs from my garden. I figure they'll be lovely in salads or in my zucchini spaghetti bruschetta topping!

Here's my question - does anyone know how to use it for making things like fruit leather? What would I use to keep the more liquidy stuff from running through like a seive?

Thanks!
