I feel like there's more needed in my journey to health than what I'm doing - and also that being pregnant 7 months I need to up my nutrition. Currently I eat mostly conventional fruits/veggies and organic nuts/seeds. I have at least one whole bunch of greens per day, with 4 T. of ground flax seeds & 1 T. of coconut butter. I also oil pull every morning. In addition, of course, to whatever I happen to be eating that day for fruits/veggies/recipes.

So question: Are Nature's First Food & Enzymes the same thing?

I'm considering buying MSM, Nature's Food Food, Bee Pollen, and Enzymes.

And where does Spirulina/Chorella fall into place? Is either of those in one of the above foods I've mentioned?
And if you had a choice, which one of these would be #1, #2, #3, etc in order of importance to purchase & try first? I of course want to try all of them asap, but it would be lame if I started feeling MUCH better and then didn't know which one was the cause of that so I had to continue taking all four.

If anyone can shed some light, I would very much appreciate it!!

My words on it are... Natures First Food has active enzymes in it. SO it's similiar to enzymes, but it also really is a food, because it has spirulina and chlorella as well as many other gr8 foods. Bee Pollen, is a gr8 food, very complete in all the amino acids and b vitamins. I love it. MSM is sulfur, its very good for you can help absorb many things one takes.

But like I said I take all 4 of those things, and I dont classify them as supplements as all, they're food 2 me. So I say be a risk taker try them all, or go with what your heart tells you to try first...:D

Thankyou SO much - that helped break it down to a much easier format for me to understand. =) I bought the MSM, the Nature's First Food, and the Bee Pollen.....I'm going to hold off for now on the enzymes. I also bought a wheatgrass growing kit so I'm excited to start that as well. This baby is going to be healthy, I'm telling you! (and show all those "concerned" friends/family that this is the way to go!)
