I'm just wondering where a person may get most of their carbs or fill themselves up off of a 100% raw diet.

People eating a vegan raw food program get all their nutrients from fruit, vegetables, greens, nuts and seeds.

No seriously, get a raw cookbook and experiment a little. There are so many recipes that will fill you up. Both men and women are becoming successful in this lifestyle, some even weight train and find it very easy to maintain their weight and muscle mass.

Green smoothies are very filling.

I think you'll find a raw diet doesn't dissect the universe into 'carbs/fat/protien' so people are less concerned about where to get their 'carbs' and more concerned with eating complete meals that are satisfying to their bodies.
