I dont know if i get enough iron in my diet, what are some good raw sources? thanks!

the iron in greens is best absorbed with vitamin-c. Thus the power of GREEN Smoothies w. fruit high in vit-c.

parsley is loaded with it. and greens in general. umm as far as fruit.. watermelon :)
