i am SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!

i am so happy because my husband has been 80% raw for about 4 days now and his breathing has improved!!! he jogged 3 miles to this morning with just a little problem.. yesterday he did sprints and light jogging for 30 min... just hope he can nock off 2 min form his pt test. in 2 weeks. he told me last night he notices a difference. on sunday we are going for a 12 mile hike up pikes peak. (6,600-14,110 climb in 12 miles!!) witch will help with the altitude problem both of us have. wish us luck.

Yay for your dh!:D

When we moved into this house on April 1st, dh was 100% raw for the two weeks he was on leave. He had to take a PT test shortly after signing in. He hadn't done ANY PT in over a month, and it STILL helped his run! (He lost 20 pounds in those two weeks). And he wasn't overweight to start with, but that 20 gone sure helped his run!:D
