Thank for anyone who recommended me to use the salt and to cleanse my sinus. I am going to go to the health food store and see if i cannot find a kit for that.

I did some goggle to try to find out what are the other alternative natural way.

When they say, if you have an air conditioning and not to let your window open, i understood what happened. This year this is the first time that i didn't use my air conditioning during the night for the weather was fresh and cool during the night. We had a beautiful summer in my area. I just wanted to breath fresh air. So unfortunately since this is the ragweeds seasons, i ended with those allergies.

Now while reading, i found that Yeaba Mate help and apple cider vinegar. I had some at home. Now, the yeaba mate does seem to bring some positive and more comfort. I haven't tried the apple cider yet, but will definitely cleanse my sinus as i was recommended by you with salt and water.

I was a little frightened about this idea but i can see that it might be beneficial.

Thank you again for your suggestion and welcome any others.

I have had post nasal drip for years...runs in the family....I have used the neti pot and it does make a difference...same as a nasal wash. Feels pretty strange at first but you get used to it quickly...hoping you get some relief~

Thank you Glim for confirming your experience. It gives me more courage to try that. I know this is silly to be so chicken like that, lol... I used to hurt my nose so much when the water would get in while swimming.

The Yeaba Mate TEA, does make a difference. I am looking forward to try this wash thing now.

Thank you again for all the great advice, i finally did cleanse my sinus with what was recommended to me. And it did work very well. It makes sense because you are rinsing off the pollen.

It does hurt sort of but you kind of tuff it out and use to it.

Blessings!

You might try a pinch of baking soda in with your salt water. It's supposed to make it more soothing.

I did do this, yes. It worked very well.

Have not needed to do it since I learned of my food allergies and eliminated those from my diet.
