I've been 100% raw since January and I've gained 10+ pounds. I eat fruit early in the day and big salads with avocado wrapped in nori for dinner. I don't really consume many nuts. What am I doing wrong?

Why don't you try tracking your intake on www.fitday.com When my family went 100% raw, we all ended up gaining weight. We realized we were snacking on nuts. Did you know 1 cup of nuts has around 800 calories? 800 extra calories a day adds up to weight gain. We removed most of the nuts from our diet, and we were able to lose the weight we had gained.

weight gain is a combination of intake of energy (calories) and output of energy. Something has changed to cause the gain, so look at you diet and also any changes in energy output.
