Green Smoothie stuck in throat, kind of.

I have been making them thick, b/c watery just seems...watery. haha. I feel like it's stuck in my throat, like how it sticks to the glass and blender after I make it. I am guzzling water too...it's happened a few times.

Anyone have any idea what I am describing. My throat feels thick, like it won't go down. It's been a couple hours too.

I used 3 huge leaves of Kale, some mango, banana and water.

If you like it Thick, then try using a Spoon and Chewing it. If you want to drink it, just add More Water...........

thanks for the tip. it stayed like that for hours, i guess it looked more blended than it really was. i think i will add more water next time, that was uncomfortable. seems like common sense i guess. hahaha. oops.
