Is a 100% living and raw food diet best? Do you think eating 100% raw feels just right? Right now I can say that I’m at 75%.

For me, personally, yes! Believe me, throughout the years since I've been introduced to raw, I have tried the "Oh I'll eat one cooked meal a day" or "I'll incorporate "healthy" cooked foods" and all that but I just did NOT feel my best at that. I feel my best when I eat all raw. Now, I probably cannot say (nor do I really care to use the percentage-thing) that I'm TRULY 100% raw because I do use some "questionable" items IN my raw recipes (cashews, nama shoyu, sometimes organic cocoa instead of cacao, etc.) but as for eating an outright cooked dish/meal such as steamed, baked, fried, grilled...can't do it. My body feels awful even if it is "healthy".

Yes 100% is a BIG difference.

-For me yes. Eating 100% is totally in alignment with MY goals. Is it in alignment with yours? Setting YOUR goals and keeping them is what's important to me.

For me it is just perfect and the way it was meant to be.
I can not imagine being otherwise and do not even think of cooked stuff as being food.

Yes! Me too - 100%. I am listening to David Wolfe speaking about foods and how they are all created cells. Those foods that are treated with negativity such as fire, microwave, greed, destruction, etc, those cells, tissues, etc. still contain that residue. If we eat foods that are created with love, life, health, etc. we are eating cells/foods with healing, good residue, and that will transmit to us, our bodies; our whole being and we will live that.
I don't have to worry what foods are going to make me sick - again.
I suggest listening to Rawkin' Radio's latest show - #23 I believe it is. Alissa and Revvell talk about this very thing - 100% versus a percentage of raw.
Why wouldn't one want to go 100%? It's easier on the body, mind, and soul.

I just went 100% raw on August 1st so today is my 36Th day raw and I like the way the raw foods are working in my body. This is the way its supposed to work. Feeding the body right is just a matter of putting the right fuel in.

You can hear Alissa and Revvell talk about this very subject on RawkinRadio #23. Enjoy ~ Cathy

I would say I'm 100% raw minus my favorite cereal milk product. I just cant live a day without it. I'm guilty with this stuff.

All RAW is the way to go. LIttle fudges of mine include not bringing my own salad dressing to restaurants, (so I use a little of their's,) olives on salads if they look like they've spent more time in oil than in brine. That's about it. I just don't cook anything or eat anything that's been cooked. I feel great! :D

I'd have to agree with everyone here so far! The one day I tried less-than-100% was the very first day I went raw. Even after a mere few hours of nothing but raw, the bit of cooked food I had that evening made me feel AWFUL & I've not eaten anything cooked since. ;)

Yes 100% is a major difference! I tried to eat 5 times a day (4 raw; 1 cooked) but never really felt that good. Plus I felt addicted still to the cooked food - gotta have it! I have no regrets about going 100% raw. See how your body feels as you up the raw percentage in your diet. You will know by how you feel what is right for you. Good luck.

Okay here's the deal. Try for 30 days going 100% raw and see how well you feel. Then decide what percentage you'll want to be. I'm betting you'll stick w/100%.
