i was wondering if we cut out table salt for sea salt will we become iodine deficient? I am not a huge fan of kelp. Does anyone know if there is iodine in ground kelp? Thanks

I don't take Kelp.
I use Lugol's Iodine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lugol%27s_iodine).
Kelp didn't agree with my stomach.

seaweed in general will have some. Lugol's is the gold standard. Iodoral is the pill form if you can't find a compounding pharmacy.
