Updated Before and Afters :)

Hey Everyone!

I figured it's time for me to give a before and after since my year mark has already passed! I started July 15th of 2006 and here I am today!

I hope that everyone enjoys these! Ya know, this year has been amazing. So, much has gone on on so many different areas in life. I know it's only just begun! My goal for this year is to be green. And everyday I'm gettin' better and better at it. I'm going to post my before and afters for the first 30 days of feasting on lots of fresh green smooties and jucies! I'm really excited for it.

Whatever your heart desires for the most there will be a way made possible for you to do it and succeed at it! Leave all fear and doubt behind, trust! I know all of you can do it ;).

wow. you look so pretty with all that raw glow in your after pic. I am sure your friends must have been surprised seeing you melting those pounds off. Also when i see your after pic you have a very caring look and loving face. (not that you warent in your before pic, but it just shows out more in your after pic)

Thank you everyone for your comments! I thought you would love getting these. When I first started out I enjoyed looking at those before and during pictures(and the food pictures!)! And I was so excited about one day having my own before and during to share with everyone, and now here I am!

In answer to tracyinfo's question... I had help and support from one of my sisters. She'd known that I was going to be raw but I was trying to find the best time that a certain member of my family wouldn't be so dramatic about the whole thing. Well, she suprised us and flew in on the 14 of July and she said she would be here for a few months and then said "we're going raw tomorrow!" and I said "Okay!" So, the next day we woke up and she made me a green smoothie and thats when everything started. After a couple of weeks it was becoming an issue with someone in our family and so my sister stopped doing raw so that I could continue. My main support was from my sister and after she left I was on my own. I still did talk and communicate through emails and the phone. But everything is better and my whole family has tried it at one time or another and they are working twards it!
