Hello its so good to meet you , your pictures are awesome, an inspiration to me.

I am feeling much better than I have in a long time, a lot calmer to lol.

I have no energy though ..any advice would be most welcome :)

Aloha and Welcome to RFT... even though you've been cruising thru RFT for a bit now ... it's still fun to 'officially introduce yourself'!! I'm so glad you have joined us!!

so -- howz it goin? Day 18! that's wonderful! I did Alissas 30 day plan in her book too... made my transition so smooth and easy! I looved it and the food... sooo DELICIOUS!!

Hey everyone thanks for the awesome welcome:) :)

I'm doing great so far I think. I really really miss cheese though lol so I was wondering am I allowed raw cheese?

The receipes in Allissa's book are awesome, on the weekend I prepare my pies etc and do tons of dehydrating and sprouting. Once i use these up I stick to fruits and veggies till the next weekend!

So far no slip ups .Generally I am feling way better than I was except for low energy. I start my Yoga classes nextweek so i am hoping that will help.
