Weird Symptom

So I'm doing cardio (running walking) 9:00 am in sweltering heat trying to get to that number on the scale...which I did 'Hip hip horray"! Thought I would do this routine twice to make sure I got to that number. After the first time I doused myself with water (not too much) internally and externally. Ding ding ding, round two, I'm starting the walk and I feel like I am going to barf, half way through I decide to turn back and figure it's probably related to the sun, but here is the very 'weird symptom' part which I have never experienced: the proximal part of my finger started swelling and I became aware of it, very odd. No other part of my fingers swelled except for this area (which is the area below the knuckle). Is that a toxin that was being released or was it from the sun? and if it was from the sun why just that area? why not the rest of my limbs? can one kick out toxins in unusual areas of the body?

Which finger on which hand was it?

Different fingers have different meridian energy lines running through them and that might give a clue to the body organ or emotion that was detoxing at that time.

When i exercise and or rush around a lot i have a panic attack.
Last night after rushing around i was very jittery and nervous and i felt terrible, i took some valarian and drank some cayanne pepper later on. I stayed like that for 4 hours or more and finally fell alsleep and slept for a long time.
It scared me so much, some of the symtoms we are having are very odd to say the least.

It didn't scare me, I just found it very odd first of all that I was even aware of it and I had a feeling it was connected to some organ. I like the idea of a meridian point. It was actually the bottom part of all 10 fingers ie: below the knuckle. I could feel them swelling and they were tight as if I couldn't quite make a fist. Never had an issue with my hands before so I just thought it odd and would love to find out what it is connected to.
