Big Ol Bruise

Man I was fixing a light fixture, and it fell and as falling hit the left undereye area. I have a massive PURPLE bruise just on that corner... Any tips on healing this quickly? I have arnica, I have been taking that, but any more would be rawsome...

I had a few large bruies from canoeing when I feel in the rapids and hit my shin on rocks. I put MSM lotion on them when I got home and they were gone in two days. I was surprised because normally it takes me at least a week for the bruise to fade.
