Hello, my name is Sharon and I have lived in Alaska since 1959 except for almost 5 years when we lived in Virginia. Nutrition has been a favorite pastime of mine whether it is cooking or learning about diets.
The raw food diet has really gotten my attention. I bought books and was just beginning to fix our meals that way when I had a massive stroke the day before St. Patty’s Day and spent the next 2 ˝ months in the hospital! Now I am doing much better and finally trying to get going. Alissa’s book has given me great hope!!!
