Hi everyone
Wish I had the time to read all of the great emails, it sure is a support system worldwide.
For you seasoned 100 % raw foodies ...... How long will I have to put total concentration into having the right food around for my mood. I mean, I know I am only in week one and I am not the so called "normal" eater but the more compulsive one...so after a 10 hour day at my business I need to have a "meal" at night.
I feel awesome, and will keep telling myself, it's about how the inside feels and not the instant gratification and addiction of cooked food.
Two nights I made the spiral zuke and marinara as it's so easy and feels fulfilling.
Any other easy great ideas???

Glad to see you're doin great! You might want to post this in the general discussion area where most of the more knowledgeable 'seasoned' rawbies hang out! You'll get a better response there to help you out!

Do you have Alissa's book? I probably already asked you that- but it really is so helpful and filled with amazing recipes. Plus there is a 30day plan that you can follow to help newbies trasition easier!!

Thanks for that tip ! I do have Alissa book, the DVD and a few more books. It's the time factor ....till at night I am content with just fruit !
