Parasite and Kidney cleanse

Preparation.

It is preferable to complete the parasite cleanse and the kidney cleanse first, although you can do this before the second liver cleanse – yes you will need to repeat it!

The above is from Alissa's post about the liver cleanse which is a VERY interesting post. It was recommended to do the parasite and kidney cleanse first. I have been searching but have not found a specific cleanse "recipe" for either. There are kits for the parasite kit but I would like to know if there is a way to do it myself and what the instructions would be.

I guess what I am really wondering is if there are specific instructions for the parasite and kidney cleanse like there are for the liver cleanse.
