What seeds can i buy from whole foods to grow wheat grass?

I know they will not say wheatgrass seeds and I know I can buy the seeds there but I dont know what they call them.


I need to start growing some wheatgrass

Hard (or hard spring) wheatberries.

The soft ones'll work, too, but they're a bit more expensive and somewhere I read that the hard ones yield a more nutritious grass.
