Lara Bars

I remember a while back someone posted a question about the above. I just wanted to confirm that they are, absolutely, 100% RAW. I've made sure of this with the RAW group here in OTtawa and double-checked their Web site to see....

If you haven't tried them, they're AMAZING (not cheap, at $2.50 a pop) but excellent and filling.

By their own admission not all ingredients of all their bars are 100% RAW!

You can also notice the difference in wording on their labels without even given them a call.

Well, the ones I eat are.... and they do tell which ones are raw......check out the Web site.....I'm not sure which bars you're talking about, but I'm talking about the RAW ones

So, the bars that use cocoa (not all), the cocoa is not raw. The one bar that has cashews, well, not everyone agrees on weather cashews are raw, so that's a personal choice....
