Hi! It seems life it is hard to eat enough calories. Does anyone have suggestions on what to eat that keeps your energy level up and body working good? Thankyou so much

It's easy for me to get calories, almost too easy.
Avocado, smoothies, nut butters, oils. If you're one that loses weight with lots of fats, smoothies are compact and digestable amounts of LOTS of fruit.

Depending on what you eat.........There are Plenty of Calories, if you chose to eat high calories..

DocSharp......Fewer Calories mean MORE Weight Loss. It seems as though you are well on your way to reaching your GOAL. As long as my energy is high and I know the Food that I eat is Balanced with Fruit and Vegetables, I would just RIDE the WEIGHT LOSS High and Step on into 130lbs.
High Fat items such as NUTS.......Sauces, Cheese etc, which are made from Nuts, will pile on the Calories.
Keep up the GOOD Works..............

if u want higher calories try nuts, seeds, oils, avocados, big fruit smoothies, etc.
