They are absolutely beautiful and a very fun garnish on your green smoothie! They will add beauty to your day. I bought mine at Ralph's in the refrigerated herbs department. Raw Flower Power~

Thanks for the reminder. Edible Flowers are always fun, but I often don't think to pick them up.

Sometimes I get the organic ones from the farmers market. They do add a nice touch.

Is this a California thing?
I honestly have been trying to make sure I look for everything raw and I have not seen this here in AZ. Maybe if I drove 20 miles to a high end store.
Would be very interested to hear from folks around the nation and world - if you have edible flowers available in your local store or must you forage for them?

We've got edible flowers in the herb section of the produce departments around here. They're kinda pricey though, so I've never bought them. I suppose that's yet another thing I should learn to forage for. They really are a lot of fun to make food-art with.

...or you could grow them yourselves! Pansies, Roses, Nastursiums, Marigolds, Violets - all edible, yummy, easy to grow flowers!
