Hi, I need motivation, Is anyone in Sioux Falls, South Dakota? I am having a hard time not cheating, then I feel like crap.Everyone thinks this way of eating is nuts, sure would be nice to have some friends. Im gonna try 30 days staring Sept1st. Pat.

I'm the only person I know in my area who is raw. I've learned to deal with that, by coming to this forum. I know I'm not the only person alive eating this way and more importantly, I'm thriving eating this way! That's what's important. Not what everyone else is doing, but rather what are you doing for you?

Personally, I'm sitting here with a hugh bowl of raw ice cream not feeling guilty at all knowing I'm going to consume the whole bowl. I will fit into my jeans tomorrow and I will have even more glowing skin.

It's all in the Raw attitude! :D Learn to embrass yourself and this lifestyle, not caring what others say or do. And when you need support...come to us...that's what we are here for!
