I have been eating pretty regularly, green shakes in am, large salads, juice...

Been eating when I feel hungry. Today I don't have an appetite or feel rumbly in the tummy.

Should I eat, drink juice, drink water, or wait until I am hungry. In the past, w/ SAD diets, I would follow 6 small meals a day regimen, but I thought that part of eating this way included listening to the body. If I don't eat till I am hungry, will I overeat. Will my metabolism shut down if I wait till I am hungry?

So, anybody have any thoughts on this. Thanks....:confused:

eat when you are hungry, dont when you are not

Your metabolism won't shut down after one day of not eating. Temporarily, yes, maybe...but for the long run, no.
I think that would take some long-time conditioning..if anyone here knows the specific amount of time, that'd be great :)

If you need energy, drink juice.

if your not hungry then don't eat. im trying to undo hold habits of eating out of boredom/stress, etc and only eat when im truly hungry. listen to your body.
