What about cereals? Meaning are there recipes for them? There may be but I don't know of any as I didn't eat them much before going raw and they are mostly made up of grains which don't make up any part of my food program any more.
Best thing I know of for energy are green smoothies. There is LOTS of information here about them.
Maybe someone else can suggest cereal recipes to you. Welcome to the board.

There are cereal recipes using buckwheat that dehydrate very crispy and stay crunchy in nut milk. You can probably do a search online for "raw cereal recipe" and get some recipes. Also, dehydrated granola makes a good cereal.

Excuse me, I'm not performing at 100% yet. My body may be up but my mind is still in bed.
I meant to differentiate between store bought granola (which could have been heated at high temps and have many non-raw ingredients) and homemade dehydrated granola (where you control ingredients and temp).:D

YUM, raw cereal is delicious. It's not that time consuming to make, you just have to do it well ahead of time. There are great recipes in Raw Food Real World (using buckwheat), and most raw cookbooks have a recipe or two. I really like the buckwheat as a component.
Nut milks are delicious too, and I like hemp milk as it's easy to make, you just blend it from hemp nuts, sweetener of choice, water, and flavorings of choice, you don't have to strain it like some other nut milks.

There are a number of ways to make "raw" cereal.
Alissa sells really raw oat flakes in her store and you can use them to make museli, soak in almond milk overnight, add fruit of choice, cinnamon, agave or honey if you like it sweet...chopped nuts.
I made grawnola this morning and will dry it later........made of soaked, sprouted, dehydrated buckwheat groats ( sounds complicated but isn't)
Throw it in the processor to chop and blend w/ asst. nuts and seeds, apple and dates to moisten, cinnamon, etc...spread on dehydrator sheets and dry. Lasts for several months if you dry it enough, till very crisp.
Great w/ almond milk, fruit and agave for an incredible dessert.
PS If you search granola you will find what I think is THE BEST granola recipe out there by Randolyn...adjust to suit you~
Every recipe you adjust to suit your own preferences for taste, sweetness, etc...
